Today the Newtons started with 5 minutes to work on their conclusions (see picture below of expected parts). Everyone also finished the construction of their flipsticks by adding the length lines to long part of the stick. Students then worked in their groups to collected information about how the flipper systems, including a small and large tinfoil ball, worked. We will use this information tomorrow to develop a list of testable variables before getting started on our fair tests.
