Students have been working on plotting points and identifying points on a coordinate graph. So far we have worked in the first quadrant. Students worked with Mr. Casey on Wednesday plotting whole number points (found on the intersection of two lines), and today we worked on how to plot points when the coordinates had decimals too (found between lines). Tonight students will choose two 3 or more letters (words or initials) to create on a graph then identify the points needed to make those letters- see the "gem" example in the pictures.
